On October 12, 2021, the first Franco-Russian Business Forum was held, organized by the Choiseul Institute, the RSPP (Russian employers’ association), the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Russia and the Franco-Russian Observatory.
This business forum is a continuation of the Choiseul 100 Russia project, which aims to develop relations between young economic leaders from both countries who are included in the annual ranking of “Tomorrow’s Economic Leaders” by the Institut Choiseul.
Pascal Lorot, President of the Choiseul Institute, Alexandre Chokhine, President of the RSPP, Christian Estrosi and Agnès Pannier Runacher opened the exchanges between leaders, focused on the digital economy, hydrogen as the energy of the future and smart cities: what new partnerships should be set up between major French and Russian companies?
After the round table dedicated to digital and AI, a first working and exchange meeting of the Choiseul Russia Business Forum was held between French and Russian #hydrogen operators, in the presence of the Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Sorokine, also a Choiseul 100 Russia laureate.
The forum ended with a grand gala dinner at the Metropol organized in honor of the 2021 vintage of the Young Russian Leaders. Thank you to the 160 high ranking Russian and French personalities who were present.
