Graduated from INALCO (Slavic and East European studies & DEA in linguistics), Malgorzata Thouard started her professional career in communication agencies, managing projects focused on Poland and Eastern Europe, before developing a more specific expertise on Kazakhstan.
In 2006, she created her activity as an independent consultant in international implementation strategies, accompanying European institutions and companies (construction, medical, IT, new technologies, engineering, mining resources, others). From 2007 to 2008 she was Vice President of a Kazakh holding company, in charge of its development in Europe and Africa.
In 2016-2017, she represented France in the General Commission for the Astana International Exhibition 2017, as Deputy Commissioner General, Director of Communication and Public Relations.
After serving as Advisor to the Governor of Turkestan Region (Kazakhstan) in 2018 she was appointed Ambassador of Friendship of the People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan (2019) and member of the International Academy of Informatization, Kazakhstan branch (2020).
In January 2022, she co-founded and took the role of President at Welldrinks France, a startup dedicated to the research and development, as well as the introduction of unique products for health and well-being. A finalist in numerous FoodTech innovation competitions, her company is a member of the La French Tech Paris-Saclay ecosystem and FoodTech Dijon Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
